They were able to complete the projects ahead of schedule enabling the college to occupy the main buildings a semester early. The projects also came in under budget. From an owners perspective, even more impressive than the schedule and savings is the quality of the MATT Construction personnel. Their attention to detail, owner’s concerns and follow-up was very impressive.
